Returns and Refunds
Enquiries should always be made to the relevant School and/or Department concerned in the first instance. For returns of goods purchased, please contact Murdoch University's department and/or school responsible for the item purchased to arrange a refund/return. For refunds of donations made, please contact the Office of Development to arrange a refund. Returns/refunds will be assessed by the relevant School and/or Department responsible.
